During your 3hr training session, we will teach you how to update and maintain your site. We will help you to upload the first material to your site and your logo. You will need to supply the material, images, CV and whatever else you want to include. Limited to 3 video files and 20 images (in this session). It is best to convert video files to flash or windows media movies, 400x300px. Most hosting accounts will limit uploads to 4MB, so you want to try to get your movies smaller than 4MB.
